MARINADES AND GLAZES

MARINADES

Our marinades are ideal to enhance flavour and appearance of the superficial coating of the product in order to improve its juiciness. It can be applied by immersion, tumbling, vacuum tumbling, injection or by a combination of these processes according to the following profiles:

Functional marinades:

Visual marinades:

NATURAL FLAVOUR ENHANCER

KINGUSTO

KINGUSTO is a clean label natural flavour enhancer based on mushroom extract that uses the natural power of umami to increase the taste and reduce the salt and sugar in processed food.

It has the capacity to improve the taste and balance the overall flavor profile of the product and makes it a powerful and natural alternative to artificial enhancers. Kingusto is an excellent sodium and sugar reduction tool in processed food in accordance with the actual trend of the market.

Kingusto can be used in all kind of savory products such as soups, sauces, vegetarian products, ready meals and snacks, among others.

In general, an addition of 0.1 to 1% Kingusto produces significative effects in the recipe.
